COCKTAIL MASTERCLASSES
Shake things up with a cocktail masterclass. One of our highly skilled bar team will walk you through the basics of mixology, insider techniques and a little background on our artisan ingredients.
Whether you are looking for the ideal ice breaker to kick things off before dinner, or a way to keep your guests entertained during a drinks and canapés party, please enquire with our events team and they will tailor a bespoke masterclass for your party. Alcohol-free options are available for any non-drinkers.

Whether you are looking for showstopping cocktail fountains, arrival fizz or wine for the table, we have a great range of drinks packages suitable for all occasions.
Cocktail fountains make the perfect centrepiece to any table, serving up to eight guests. We also serve all our draught beer in growlers of up to 3⅓ pints, ideal for sharing.

Located in the heart of Sir Simon Milton Square, our terrace can host up to 150 guests. We have areas within the terrace for groups of all sizes, for al fresco dining, or for drinks and canapé events.

For something a little more private, we can host up to 16 guests for a seated dinner, behind a curtain, creating a semi-private dining space with plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows.

Our main Dining Hall can accommodate up to 80 guests for a sit down meal, whilst still having space for pre- and post-dinner drinks and mingling. The space is surrounded by huge glass windows overlooking Sir Simon Milton Square, sits beneath high ceilings and boasts plenty of character.

The upstairs bar lends itself to larger groups, parties and events, accommodating all your celebrations, presentations and inaugurations. Blowing off steam at the end of the week with a group of friends or colleagues? We have plenty of spaces for groups of all shapes and sizes, with a maximum capacity for up to 80 guests for a standing drinks reception.
